'Youth Matters' - the Youth Green Paper - our presentation

The Youth Green Paper, 'Youth Matters', was published on 18 July 2005 and we have produced a set of presentation materials on it to support partners in the region.

You may wish to use this resource to support presentations and discussions on 'Youth Matters' among interested groups, adapting it to suit particular needs and different audiences.

It is important to note that this presentation is no substitute for reading 'Youth Matters' nor is it intended to be a comprehensive summary of the document. It is merely intended as a helpful and time saving resource to ensure that the messages in 'Youth Matters' can be communicated quickly to all those who are likely to be interested or affected by it. 'Youth Matters' itself, an Executive Summary of the document and a questionnaire aimed specifically at young people are available on the Youth Matters section of the DfES website.

The presentation is available for download at the end of this page. Please note that additional detail and explanation has been provided in the form of notes accompanying the slides. To view these notes select "save" rather than "open" in the browser dialogue box. Once the presentation has been saved, you should be able to open it up locally and see the notes. We hope this presentation is helpful, and would appreciate any feedback you may have to give. Send your feedback to cyp.gose@go-regions.gsi.gov.uk
